Refunds and make-good remedies are handled according to your engagement tier:
• Foundation — if we do not reach a 95% inbound answer rate within 60 days, your setup fee is refunded.
• Growth — if you do not receive 10 qualified inspection inquiries within 60 days, we continue working at no additional fee until you do.
• Scale — if you do not book the contracted number of inspections within 90 days, your fourth month is free until the threshold is met (contracted number set in writing per metro and ad budget).
All engagements are month-to-month. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice.
If you fail to pay for services rendered, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account or services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software—is the property of Vortyn AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials from our website without our express written consent.
Ownership of Your Assets
Any assets we create specifically for you as part of your engagement — including your website and landing pages, your dedicated business phone number, your customer and lead data, and the automations and workflows configured for your account — belong to you, the client, from the start of your engagement. If you cancel, these assets and your data remain yours, and upon written request, we will provide them to you or transfer them to an account you control.
This does not include Vortyn AI's own pre-existing and proprietary property — our underlying software, platform, templates, brand, and the systems we use to deliver our services — which remain the property of Vortyn AI or its licensors.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
